Local shipping within Singapore will take around 3-5 working days, and international shipping will take minimally 7 working days depending on the location. For our local customers in Singapore, expect your package to arrive within 3-5 working days. If you're ordering internationally, please allow a minimum of 7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

Your purchases are covered by a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding standard wear and tear.

We apologise if happens and we would like to offer a direct replacement for it. Please send us pictures to info@kandis.sg so that we can prevent this from happening in the future.

For unopened or unused purchases, you can return them within 7 days in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@kandis.sg, and we can process returns on a case by case basis.
